Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis (e.g., lubrication, filter changes)

• Respond to repair requests and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems

• Fix and replace faulty equipment components using hand and power tools

• Ensure the smooth operation of building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

• Conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (e.g., construction, manufacturing)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly

• Experience with hand and power tools (preferred)

• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems (a plus)

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license (may be required)
